Learning happens everywhere.
Learning City Aruba connects schools, families, communities, workplaces and public life into one national approach to lifelong learning.
NATIONAL VISION
Aruba as a Learning City
A Learning City is more than a program. It is a national movement making learning visible, accessible and connected across the whole island. Every classroom. Every home. Every community. Every workplace.
This framework is informed by the UNESCO Global Network of Learning Cities guiding documents. It does not represent UNESCO designation, membership or endorsement.
THE FRAMEWORK

Learning at work

Learning technologies
Digital and AI literacy with responsible use, widening access instead of creating exclusion.

Learning made visible and recognized in everyday island life.
